The figs were delicious with arugula with small amount of spring salad mix. I was out of goat cheese so used feta crumbles in place, also added sliced roasted beets – it was delicious

Best whipped feta dip I have ever had, my first time making it… I am now an addict lol.
I added some extra lemon juice and olive oil to get it to blend better and added 5 cloves of garlic…. soooooo GOOODDDDDD lol. Will make again and again and again. Thank you

Delicious even without avocado (sadly they were still rocks). Used fresh corn on the cob cooked in the husk on the grill. Easy!
