I made these for the first time last night and they were delicious! I used dijon mustard as recommended for a substitute for the egg, and skipped the corn flakes (I used 2/3 panko + 1/3 grated parmesan). The chops came out crisp, tender and juicy. I’ll definitely make these again and again.

These came out so moist! My hubby loves pork chops slathered with bbq sauce, but this recipe sounded like a nice change and it was a hit!
