Delicious. I added half Greek yogurt and half olive oil mayo dressing. You can’t tell at all. I did not add the broth but it came out Delicious.

We have no leftovers. So yummy. Thank you.

I make this all the time. So easy and flavorful. On my really lazy days, I buy precut chick strips (I cut them smaller) and omit the last four ingredients – it still comes out great. Love this recipe!

That’s why she gives all the alternatives. If you think her recipe is too fattening, why bother commenting at all? Why not just scroll on by? It’s just that easy!

This chicken salad is really perfect, can’t go wrong with it and surprisingly full of flavor with few ingredients. Love putting it in halved avocados, but might try as a wrap tonight instead. 

This was soooo tasty! It will be a regular for me!
