I love this chili recipe and make it often. I add a can of black beans to up the fiber a bit and add an extra can of Rotel tomatoes. I do find that I need to add more broth than the recipe calls for as otherwise it is just too thick. It is a crowd pleaser – great for me on WW but rest of the family loves it as well.

Kids love it as it’s not spicy, I love it as there are no beans. I’ve used all sorts of fresh and frozen vegetables, and usually increase the cumin (because yum), it always turns out delish!

I’ve done it in both the slow cooker and on the stovetop both tastes the same. 45 minutes on your stovetop and you’re golden
